Initiative implementation controls
- Maintaining the reputation and status of the university in all publications and advertisements related to initiatives.
- The supervisor of the initiative must be a faculty member or an administrator from the college.
- Commitment of the supervisor of the implementing initiative to present the initiative’s publications and bulletins to the unit head to obtain approval for publication.
- Initiatives are submitted to the unit’s email 4 weeks before the proposed implementation date.
- Commitment to the university’s regulations and systems in the event of cooperation with parties outside the university
- Commitment to submitting a report after the end of the match to the unit’s email, provided that the submission does not exceed two weeks from the end date.
- A survey of the beneficiaries’ opinions on the implemented initiative should be submitted and the survey results should be included in the report submitted to the volunteer work coordinator after the initiative is implemented.
